SMS Terms and Conditions

These SMS Terms govern the optional SMS messaging programme operated by Launch Film Finance, a service of Alt Assets Inc ("we", "us", "our") for users of film.alts.co.

1. Programme description

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Launch Film Finance at the mobile phone number you provide. Messages may include account notifications, transaction confirmations, agreement-signature reminders, distribution updates, and notices of new investment opportunities available through the platform.

2. Consent

Consent is given by entering your mobile number, ticking the consent checkbox on https://film.alts.co/sms-opt-in, and submitting the form. Consent is not a condition of any purchase and is not required to access film.alts.co or your investor account.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and platform events. We do not commit to a fixed number of messages per month.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are set by your mobile carrier, not by Launch Film Finance.

5. Opt-out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you one confirmation message and will not send you further SMS messages. You can opt in again at any time by visiting https://film.alts.co/sms-opt-in.

7. Supported carriers

The SMS programme is available on major U.S. mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your mobile number and consent record are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy at https://film.alts.co/privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

9. Changes

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by SMS or email before they take effect.
